Leaks

Leaks come in many sizes and problem levels. Sometimes a DIY fix is all you need. Sometimes you need a professional repair. Whatever kind of leak you have Limitless can advise you.

Leaking Pipes

Leaking pipes occur due to a failing or poorly constructed pipe joint. Repairing a pipe leak will depend upon the pipe material used.

Leaking Faucets

Leaking faucets can be caused by worn out washers and on newer washerless faucets may be caused by a worn out ball joint. Either way the faucet must be repaired or replaced in order to not waste water.

Frozen Pipes

Because water expands when it freezes it can actually rupture water pipes. That is why water pipes run along external walls may need to be emptied and turned off in cold weather. Burst waster pipes must be replaced rather than repaired.

Running Toilets

Toilets may run continously or intermittently. Continuously running toilets are often caused by bad flapper valves. Intermittent running toilets are often caused by a bad or slowly leaking tank seal.

Clogs

There are various ways to clear clogged drains and toilets. You may have tried a number of them. Where the clog is occurring will dictate the type of repair needed and the extent of the damage done.

Clogged Drains

Clogged drains can be caused by a number of materials. It is always good to remove and clean the drain trap as a first line of repair of a clogged drain.

Clogged Toilets

Stuff happens. Toilets can be clogged by too much toilet paper or by attempting to flush objects down a toilet. There are a number of techniques for clearing a toilet clog.

Sewer Lines

Clogs in sewer lines can be caused by failing pipes or pipe intrusion by tree roots. It may be precipitated by something flushed down the line or build up slowly. In any case, inspecting and evaluating the situation is critical to a cost effective repair.

Sewer Video Inspections

When a side sewer fails to drain properly it is often caused by a collapsed pipe or tree root intrusion. A video cable inspection of the line can provide valuable insights into what is going on and how to fix it.

Sewer Line Repair

If a sewer line needs to be repaired it can dug up and a section replaced. Often, the pipe can be burst and replaced with a trenchless technique. Either way repairing a side sewer often involves rip and replace.

Sewer Line Replacement

Sometimes sewer lines are just old and worn out. The best thing to do is to completely remove and replace the side sewer.

Septic Systems

Septic systems are actually a functioning chemical plant. They need to be managed and maintained in order to operate properly. Sometimes the system needs a little attention to get it running properly.

Septic Repair

Septic tanks and especially drain fields can fail. This may be due to percolation problems or blockages.

Septic Clean Out

At some point your septic tank will fill and need to be drained due to non-degradable solids.

Broken Septic Lines

Septic pipes are no different than side sewer lines and pipe failure or root intrusion can cause them to stop working properly.

Pumps

Any time gravity is working against you, you will find a pump keeping things right. Pumps are used for lot drainage, drinking water delivery, and sewage removal.

Sewage Ejection Pump Repair

Not many people have sewage ejection pumps but if you do, it is important to keep it in good working order.

Water Well Repair and Replacement

Water pumps perform a critical function. It is important that they be kept in good working order. Regular service is important.

Water Heater Replacement

There are a number of solutions to hot water creation and delivery for the home. If your hot water heater requires replacement there are a number of pros and cons to be considered.

Hot Water Tank Replacement

Hot water tanks wear out. The heating elements can fail and they can become coated with calcium deposits reducing their effectiveness and causing you high water heating bills.

Tankless Hot Water Heaters

Tankless hot water heaters are an interesting alternative. They provide endless hot water and conserve energy.
